Yoga Sessions

Yoga sessions can be done individually or in small groups of people. Anna can plan an appropriate session depending on the needs of the session. It is a wonderful way to learn how to tap into your own body and to move with its natural flow. Yoga is amazing for sleep, flexibility, mental health and stamina!


Anna is a qualified Dru yoga teacher. She does yoga each week, in her own individual practice. She has seen the benefits as yoga allows the spine, muscles and blood to stretch, move and expand with JOY!
